Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Test Lab Fabrication 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL
Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning and managing work priorities and deadlines, overseeing adherence to company/government policies and procedures, and ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.
Managing technical risk, cost, and reporting regularly to Lab Test leadership team on performance.
Leading a team of test professionals to support Lab build, configuration, documentation, and scheduling to meet program requirements.
Annual procedure updates and audits to meet company/government requirements.
Professional interaction with all levels of company leadership customer representatives is required.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related work experience or High School Diploma and 9 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
Must have 1 year minimum experience with lab development/operations
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government a government secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Must be willing to work various shifts depending on the business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
Experience working on Military Test Programs
Previous experience with lab/ground test operations
