About the Team
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Product Marketing Enablement Specialist to support our client-facing teams! From driving strategic enablement programs and trainings, to leading operational workflows, this person will help cross-functional initiatives forward. This role sits at the intersection of enablement, operations, and program management and is critical to ensuring teams have the right content, training, and processes to perform effectively.About the Role
Field Enablement & Content Operations
Own collateral management across a centralized intranet, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, easy to find, and aligned with messaging standards
Manage and maintain product and sales collateral, including templates, content updates, and version control
Partner with stakeholders to gather, organize, and publish enablement resources for field teams
Training & Enablement Programs
Coordinate logistics, calendars, communications, and follow-up materials related to enablement sessions
Track training participation and support continuous improvement of enablement programs
Program & Project Management
Serve as project manager for key initiatives such as Client Board, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team member alignment
Run monthly release initiatives, coordinating cross-functional inputs, timelines, communications, and trainings
Build and maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability
Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps, proactively driving solutions
Operations & Cross-Functional Support
Act as an operational hub between field teams, product, marketing, and leadership
Continuously improve processes to scale enablement efforts efficiently
About You
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience in field enablement, operations, learning and development, program management, or project management
Strong interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience managing enablement or sales collateral, preferably within tools like Seismic or similar platforms
Other Qualifications
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward execution and follow-through

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
