Product Manager Digital Imaging

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to drive the marketing strategy of Digital photography and Video cameras for the Benelux markets.

The top line

We’ll give you a product group to lead commercially – improving sales, profit, brand awareness and purchase consideration in your territory. Guided by our Pan-European strategy, you’ll rigorously analyze the group of products you lead all aspects of to set annual budgets and forecasts. From there, you’ll be a motivating partner to the Channel Marketing and Customer Marketing Teams tasked with executing your plans, using your data-driven insights to adapt strategies for the local market.

You will: 

• Analyze the market, competitors, consumers and sales performance for your product group
• Build annual marketing plans that best interpret and implement our Pan-European Product Marketing and Pricing strategies for your territory
• Set yearly budgets and forecasts for the Channel Marketing and Customer Marketing Teams   
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to compose and optimize product range
• Lead the introduction of new products within your territory (several launches per year)
• Carry out rigorous monthly reporting on your product group’s performance
• Forecast monthly sell-in, sell-out and channel inventory
• Guide, inform and motivate our sales team

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in marketing/business
• An experienced product/business/commercial manager with a strong focus on data and insights
• Experience in a Product/Category Manager or Business Planner role in the field of consumer electronics, retail or FMCG
• Commercially minded, probably with a sales background
• A motivating personality and natural team player
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and highly professional
• Strong passion or past experience in photography/videography is an advantage
• Proficient working with Excel and PowerPoint (Windows/Microsoft Office 365)
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English

Your new office 

Hoofddorp 

Our office is located close to Schiphol Airport and Hoofddorp station in Park20|20. It’s a 5 min walk from the train station, it has parking space with charging facilities underneath as well as a bike shed. Our office is one floor, equipped with all modern workplace necessities. A PS5, Ping pong table and dartboard are available for your moments of connecting and fun and in our coffee corner, alternatively it’s possible to take a walk in the nearby park.
