WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll work reporting to the Women’s Sportwear Creative Director, within a team of creatives/designers, producers and writers/strategists within the EMEA Brand Creative studio. Internally you’ll work in conjunction with Brand Creative counterparts in WHQ . Within EMEA marketing, you’ll partner closely with Brand, Partner, Energy, and Athlete Marketing teams within the Women’s Sportwear/Lifesty category.
You’ll also commission and work closely with external collaborators such as creative and strategic agencies, photographers, designers, stylists, directors or creatives spanning unique disciplines.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for multidisciplinary creative with experience implementing across various mediums including Art Direction, Graphic Design, Typography and Spatial Design. You love to collaborate with other creatives and marketing teams and have proven ability delivering emotive and innovative work across multiple channels. You have experience when it comes to directing other creatives and are familiar working in close partnership with writers, strategists and producers.
Your able to both understand and participate in strategic conversations and can lead others through creative concepting, development and execution. You have experience working at scale and can lead complex work streams independently – managing and prioritizing your time as needed. You’re exceptional at crafting the detail all the way to delivery and use this experience to teach others around you.
Your focus and expertise should include:
Creative Concepting & Direction
Art Direction, Design & Styling
Lifestyle, Sports/Performance, Fashion as well as youth/popular culture in general wether niche or broad
Brand Campaigns E2E: Inspiration, innovation to invitation.
Product Launches E2E: VC, Creative Direction, Product Superiority
Digital/Physical Experiences.
Global Campaign Extensions.
Besides, you are a creative that is committed to staying up to date with current/future trends and technology. Your ever-expanding knowledge and network both encourages and drives your creative thinking. You are passionate and connected to the creative industry – looking at the latest trends in art direction, graphic design, set design, and consumer experience design - while following both Nike Marketing Strategies, BC Functional.
They are not afraid to bring disruptive and audacious thinking to their creative ideation. No dream is too big in their mind.
Experience in art direction and design within an agency or brand with a strong focus on sport, sport lifestyle, fashion and culture.
Ability to originate and strategise ideas to drive and execute concepts across the Women’s sportswear seasonal priorities.
Proven experience conceptualising and leading photoshoots, styling sessions, graphic design, motion design, experiential design combined with solid knowledge of how to leverage today’s digital landscape.
Strong experience leading complex project work streams, managing internal and external partners from the concept phase to execution.
Ability to strategise and develop forward thinking and disruptive creative concepts, building presentations and selling these into senior leaders and internal and external partners.
Expert of the landscape of Sportswear, Lifestyle, Fashion and Aesthetic.
Passionate about Sports, the Sports Lifestyle, and the Culture around it.
Ability to travel 40%.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
Your focus will to help shape the creative vision of the Nike Women’s Lifestyle category. You will play a key role leading complex work streams to strategise, ideate, develop and craft creative concepts for both product launches, creative campaigns and consumer experiences across EMEA, delivering end-to-end creative across multiple channels, both digital and physical.
You will play a key role working on:
Extending global creative concepts to the EMEA markets
Originating and executing EMEA specific creative concepts
Product Launches, Brand Events, Digital Experiences and Activations
Strategy, Concept, Execution and deliver full funnel of creative.
We also have a range of internal projects and work stream in order to add to the creative culture of the Nike brand creative studio.
