Great Hill Solutions is hiring a Sr Program Manager, IT Human Capital Management Support for an opportunity we are pursuing with DHA. This team member will assist in managing the IT workforce, focusing on military and civilian personnel support. This position involves supporting manpower planning, performance management, and other human capital-related activities within the DHA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support military personnel management activities.
  • Assist in civilian personnel management processes.
  • Contribute to manpower planning and workforce development.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable of manpower, performance management, workforce planning and human capital management.
  • Required comprehensive understanding of the Army, Navy and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs and regulations governing those programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint.
  • Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance
