About the Role

We are seeking a proactive senior RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath and/Power Platform to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions, enhancing operational efficiencies and reducing costs. The ideal candidate will bring additional experience in Power Platform and a commitment to streamlining workflows through intelligent automation. This role contributes significantly to improving quality, minimizing errors, and reducing lead times.

What to expect:

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath to automate complex business processes.
  • Analyze business process requirements to create precise automation workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance existing RPA implementations to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business teams to produce Process Definition Documents (PDD) and develop Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Develop and refine automation bots, identify and resolve errors using sophisticated error handling techniques, and demonstrate RPA capabilities in presentations to ongoing projects and potential internal departments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with other business systems.

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement RPA solutions in a production environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for bot deployment, monitoring, and management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, Python.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strategic, operational, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Commitment to process improvement with a client-focused orientation.
  • In-depth understanding of IT architecture and a strong affinity for IT.
  • Skilled networker capable of negotiating compromises to address complex challenges.
  • Energetic team player with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
