Sales Training Manager, Skincare
This role is aligned with IQVIA’s Contract Sales Team. The Training Manager will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning programs for field-based roles supporting our partners at L'Oréal for our dedicated partnership medical sales team. The Sales Training Manager (STM) will provide expertise to support training initiatives and will need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure the delivery of business results.
The Sales Training Manager will work in collaboration with the L’Oreal partner in their aligned geographies and with IQVIA Training Leadership to ensure consistency and standards of training. Sales Training Managers will own specific training responsibilities for their aligned region.

The potential base pay range for this role is 90,000-100,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
