About the Role
Are you interested in learning how recruitment works in a global and specialized market? As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, campus hiring, intern engagement, and Talent Acquisition projects. You will collaborate with recruiters, HR colleagues and hiring managers while contributing to a variety of recruitment and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a number of internship vacancies and support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Assist with campus recruitment activities, including coordinating and attending university events throughout the Netherlands.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining recruitment records, data management, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Conduct research and compile information to support recruitment and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvements and support local, regional, and global Talent Acquisition projects.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and general team support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous internship, project, or recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
Internship Details
- Location: Eindhoven
- Duration: Minimum of 6 months, ideally 1 year
- Candidates must remain enrolled as students throughout the internship period.
