Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data engineering solutions and pipelines using modern tools and technologies
• Optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to balance performance, functionality, cost, and operational requirements
• Collaborate with business and product teams using Agile methodology to translate high-level requirements into technical solutions
• Develop automated tests and support CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Create comprehensive design and development documentation for knowledge transfer, training, and maintenance
• Support production Data Objects and ensure ongoing data quality and reliability

About you

• Experience: Professional background in data engineering, integration, data warehousing, business intelligence, or analytics, with hands-on experience using technologies such as Snowflake and Informatica/IICS (or equivalent)
• Technical skills:
  • Experience with Big Data integration and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Snowflake)
  • Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and core data science languages (Python)
  • Experience with large data sets, performance tuning, and query optimization
  • Familiarity with job scheduling and orchestration tools (Airflow is a plus)
• Soft skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities with excellent attention to detail; collaborative team player comfortable working independently in a multicultural environment; adaptable learner who embraces new technologies and challenges
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Languages: Fluency in English
