ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team. This role will focus on supporting our Lending and Credit business unit while also playing an important part in company-wide initiatives. As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our salesforce is equipped with the tools, training, and content necessary to meet and exceed their goals. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping sales teams succeed and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is key to ensuring that our sales teams, particularly in Lending and Credit, are well-prepared and continuously improving in their performance. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Support the development and execution of sales enablement strategies tailored to our Lending and Credit business unit. 
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps in skills or knowledge and design training programs to address them. 
  • Assist in the creation and curation of sales content, including playbooks, product sheets, and presentations, ensuring relevance to Lending and Credit offerings. 
  • Contribute to onboarding efforts for new sales hires, with a focus on quickly ramping up their understanding of Lending and Credit solutions. 
  • Collaborate on company-wide sales enablement projects and initiatives, supporting sales teams across all product lines, including Banking. 
  • Coordinate and execute sales training sessions, webinars, and workshops in alignment with broader enablement strategies.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data to drive continuous improvements. 
  • Work closely with the overall Sales Enablement team to ensure that initiatives are aligned and integrated across the business. 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR: 

  • 2-4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role, with experience in supporting or working closely with sales teams in Lending or Financial Services being a strong advantage. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and how to enable sales teams for success. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Experience using CRM systems, learning management systems, or other sales enablement tools. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $101,100 - $121,300

This role is also eligible to earn annual performance-based incentive compensation in the form of a cash bonus.
