CACI has an exciting new opportunity for a Systems Engineer supporting the Mobile Command and Control Systems Program Office within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center in Colorado Springs CO.

The Opportunity:


The MC2S Program Office team provides a full range of modernization and sustainment acquisition support to the MC2S.  The MC2S Program Office team performs technical studies, designs solutions for modernization projects, manages platform configurations, coordinates programmed depot maintenance and unprogrammed depot-level repairs, supports cybersecurity requirements, and manages the testing of the products. This position requires 10-20% travel in the continental United States for various projects.  The candidate should be experienced in performing the following tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with DoD Risk Management processes
    • Coordinate with the Government for briefing content
    • Generate and distribute the risk board minutes
  • Analyzing system challenges and identify the best solution to meet project needs
  • Problem-solving, Communication, identifying, Critical thinking, Time management, and Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiar with the implementation processes for C4 systems, operations, and maintenance of systems and subsystems.
  • Experience in supporting design, engineering, and implementation of technologies and interfaces.
  • Experience in installation, integration, and test activities in support of operation and maintenance of C4 systems.
  • Familiar with MBSE processes
  • Familiar with DOD Cyber Security policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle phases
  • Verify adherence to established installation standards and practices.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • An  Active Secret Clearance with the ability to Obtain a TS/SCI
  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in system engineering, engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience. One to Three years of demonstrated system engineering experience in support of DoD C4 systems         

          

Desired:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in system engineering, engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience, Three to Five years of demonstrated system engineering experience in support of DoD C4 systems.
  • Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) systems experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,800-$128,600
