Contribute to the implementation of an Alliance Management culture within the company including new alliance launches and portfolio product, building strategic capability and mindset in partnership way of working for Mexico and CCS.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Secure the correct transition and execution of the licensing and out licensing deals of the company with new partnerships.

  • Management of contract obligations, including milestones and commitments.

  • Develop relationship with new partners and deep engagement with existing business partners to continue exploring new business opportunities.

  • Alliance management through the complete life cycle of the licensing product portfolio.

  • Follow up with key stake holders on the fulfillment of contract obligations.

  • Work closely with core areas of the company:

  • Finance, Commercial, Mkt, Medical, Compliance, Business Excellence, RA, Supply, Legal, Quality.

The basic qualifications for this role are:

  • Consolidated experience in Alliance Management position or related ones (BD, Portfolio, Project Management).

  • More than 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven track record on executing transition deals for in License projects in Mexico & other LATAM regions.

  • Finance and Commercial knowledge acumen.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • English language required.

  • Cross functional capabilities.
