The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

- Promote business with customers. - Establish and maintain solid relationship with customers at management level while achieving profit target. - Enhance "Customer First!" initiative based on the Front-Middle-back concept. - Create highly motivated organization through close communication with staff. - Coach and mentor staffs with mutual respect and understanding. - Credit/operational risk management of ABCD business. - Review credit applications and supervise/control Business exposure allocation. - Monitor financial conditions of ABCD customer through annual, semi-annual, and quarterly credit reviews. - Implement and monitor Business credit process in accordance with General Credit Policy for the Americas. - Supervise the Business operations and its compliance situation with various rules and regulation. - Coordinate introductions of MUFG Product Team members to client's specialists handling capital markets activities, foreign exchange, currency and interest rate hedging, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, securitization, and cash management activities. - Actively seek opportunities to match MUFG's Asian and European product set with the needs of the assigned client base. - Construct, Design and lead other USCB staff in various strategic initiatives which are required due to market factors or Management Initiatives. - 15+ years of banking experience. - 2+ years' experience in a management role. - A well developed network of professional peers and track record of achievements with prior portfolio assignments. - Specialized experience in business planning. - Credit analysis skills, business promotion skills.
