Job Overview

The Senior Director of Product & Partner Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive market adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure the successful launch and positioning of our products in the market.

As a Director of Product & Partner Marketing you will:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive market adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with product management to define go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and support to enable effective selling.

 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing SaaS products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and customer-centric marketing.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • The role may require occasional travel.
