We’re Looking For A: Social Media Specialist who is a creative, data-oriented individual responsible for developing and executing successful social media content and strategies. The role involves creating and implementing social media campaigns, analyzing and reporting on social media metrics, and collaborating with other departments to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives. 

Location: Hybrid (office in Woodland Hills, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create and publish engaging monthly content on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and drive engagement and conversion
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices and incorporate them into social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Support other marketing and company initiatives as needed. 

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media in the Pet, Beauty and/or Wellness industry
  • 3+ years Experience managing multiple Direct Response brands in the health, beauty, or pet industries
  • Direct to Consumer (D2C) preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Experience driving organic follower growth and revenue on social media platforms.
  • Social media management: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and using social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze metrics.
  • Content creation: Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms that resonate with the target audience and aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative ideas for social media campaigns and content
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the audience and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Strategic Development: Ability to execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and drive engagement, traffic, and leads.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure social media content is error-free and consistent with the brand's style and guidelines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in social media algorithms and trends and adjust social media strategies accordingly.

The base salary range is $55,200.00-$73,700.00, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.

The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote. 


Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
