JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Based on performance evaluation on suppliers and services, develop the corrective action plan, then service quality shall continuously improve.
• To develop and analyze transportation mode and packaging to meet cost target and MEQ standard.
• Verify correct information received concerning export & import policy, regulation and Operation procedure, then communicate within the company and suppliers through procedure changes and orientation if necessary.
• To manage direct and indirect materials to arrive the company right on time and right quantity at the lowest cost.
• To analyze and identify potential delivery problems.
• Verify correct information received after cycle count and approved inventory adjustment if exceeding tolerance level.
• Verify and develop logistics plan and strategy to reach specify target lead time and cost every fiscal year.
• Verify and develop Inventory turns, total inbound freight, supplier reject, supplier delivery to achieve target.
• To ensure that demand from customer is correct and feedback for any error’s information.
• Appeared at company with customer demand change review. And conduct any contingency.
• Plan to support communication and replacement of product which customer’s required.
• Material management support for new product launches, materials and Obsolete Inventory values and recovery.
• Attend STD meeting/Item master set up meeting, and closely follow up ECR/ECO to achieve target "0" Obsolescence and claims.
• Ensure that the working environment exceeds occupational health and safety requirements.
• Collect and Prepare Suppliers Monthly Meeting Presentation Material and set up schedule of meeting.
• Review end to end material, Information Flows redistribute tasks in alignment to standard Plant roles, Implement Plant Material.
• To focus Plant MRP system, Material Scheduling and Warehousing.

• The customer requirement conducting and follow up to successes.

HSE Expectation: (ความคาดหวังด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม)

• Communicating often about safety: safety talk and feedback, ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and complied with, assist with accident investigations & 8D report.
• Safety consulted when process change, new lines, new equipment, lay out change.
• Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: safety policy, JCMS, CCRM, HSE management plant audit,
• lesson learnt implementation, HSE training, suggestion, near miss report, safety week, wear proper PPE and use proper work practices."
• Zero terolence & fully compliance with high risk/critical work: Permit System, LOTO, working at heigh, confindspace, contractor control, forklift, lift, foam operation machine guarding, welding, transportation, live electrical, chemical.

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences)

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or any field equivalent (Material and Logistics is preferred).
• Minimum10 years of Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and have fully knowledge of MPS, MRP, ERP with an experience in a multinational manufacturing company.
• Fully knowledge in MFG Pro, SAP and Microsoft office
• Hands on experience in MPS and MRP system; SAP or MFG Pro or any.
• Ability to solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literate in MS Office Application, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both downward and upward in the organization.
• Passion for systematic processes, responsiveness, cleanliness, organization and process control.
• Understand and knowledgeable of BOS and SCM Function.
• Good command in English and computer skill.
• Material and Logistics system experience and Customer communication activities.
• Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management is desirable.
• Expert in MFG pro will be most advantage and preferable on MRP system background.

• Functional: (หัวหน้างานลำดับที่สอง) Sr. Manager, SCM/Material Planning
