Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness. You will collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, and design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and ensure clarity.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Implement best practices in process design to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously seek feedback from users to iterate and improve processes.

• Intermediate proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process
• Design, and Process Design Mapping and Analysis is suggested.
