Summary:
In the role of Strategic Program Lead, a typical day involves identifying key strategic focus areas that align with organizational goals. The individual develops comprehensive plans to deliver strategic projects and programs, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively. They drive and manage the execution of these initiatives, continuously monitoring progress to achieve desired business outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a regular part of the day, as is adapting plans to meet evolving business needs and challenges. The role demands a proactive approach to managing complex programs and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic program plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize program delivery.
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the growth and development of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and program governance.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within large-scale programs.
- Ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative problem-solving.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
