They drive and manage the execution of these initiatives, continuously monitoring progress to achieve desired business outcomes. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a regular part of the day, as is adapting plans to meet evolving business needs and challenges. The role demands a proactive approach to managing complex programs and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic program plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize program delivery.
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the growth and development of junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and program governance.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within large-scale programs.
- Ability to analyze complex data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative problem-solving.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
