Responsibilities
- Manages the daily activities of the HR Operations cluster in France
- Setting priorities for the team and to ensure that all established service levels are maintained for FMC employees
- Collaborate with business partners to continually improve the operations and efficiency of the department.
- Ensuring prompt and accurate HR Operations services delivery according to the defined Service Level Agreements and signed-off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), agreed KPIs and quality targets
- Working with local payroll, workforce management, benefit vendors and third party providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Closely collaborating with internal departments and HR Center of Excellence teams e.g., Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Finance to support and enhance cyclic processes
- Delivering HR transformation Program on agreed timeline together with global project team and nominated team members
- Providing support and guidance on diverse HR Operations queries
- Continuously focus on process standardization, improvement and quality
- Supporting or leading various projects as assigned by a direct manager
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of local legal rules related to French HR administrative processes related to workforce management (labor inspection, tax department, contracts management)
- Strong knowledge of local mandatory benefits and training administrative process in accordance to the French legislation
- Ability to assimilate and handle multiples local CBA (Pharmaceutical, plastic, hospital) and multiple agreements across various mu entities
- Solid (8+ years) experience in people management, including managing complex processes and teams (15-20+ people), preferably within international environment in HR Management (Shared Services Operations will be an advantage)
- French native (C2) and advanced in written and spoken English (C1)
- Experience in Workday and ticketing tool eg Service Now
- Preferred experience in overseeing both in-house and managed service payroll service models, across multiple systems and service providers
- High degree of initiative-taking behavior and result orientation
- Excel in positive energy, optimism and enthusiasm
- Clear drive for results and demonstration of a real ‘can do’ mentality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
