We are looking for a highly motivated Cybersecurity Intern to join our Offensive Security team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of a penetration test from initial reconnaissance to final reporting. You will work alongside senior testers to identify vulnerabilities, validate security controls, and help strengthen our organization’s overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconnaissance & OSINT: Assist in gathering publicly available information and mapping the attack surface of target environments.
Vulnerability Scanning: Configure and execute automated scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Burp Suite, OpenVAS) and assist in analyzing the results.
Exploitation Support: Work under the direct supervision of senior staff to research and test proofs-of-concept for identified vulnerabilities.
Documentation & Reporting: Help draft technical findings and executive summaries that clearly communicate risks and remediation steps.
Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge of the OSI Model, TCP/IP, and common web protocols.
Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and common attack vectors (SQLi, XSS, etc.).
Basic proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Experience with Linux/Unix environments (Kali Linux experience is a plus).

Required Skills:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, or Cybersecurity, with a graduation date on or after Dec 1, 2026.
Familiarity with basic scripts in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
