Job Description:

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for resellers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure alignment on strategy, technical capabilities, and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with resellers/vendors on technical initiatives, including solution design, integration, and proof of concepts.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to both internal teams and external partners on integration standards, architectures, and product capabilities.
• Work with internal stakeholders (IT, Product Owners, Operations, Security) to evaluate, onboard, and govern solutions.
• Support partner initiatives, ensuring partners can effectively deliver and support solutions.
• Resolve technical conflicts, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure smooth partner collaboration.
