What You Will Do:
Analyzes and develops VOIP networks, designing and planning installation and maintenance of VOIP systems from project inception to conclusion.
Optimize system operation and resource utilization.
Perform systems capacity analysis and planning.
Provide assistance to system users in accessing and using applications.
Comply with prescribed customer, industry and agency standards.
What You Will Need:
At Minimum Four (4) years of IT experience
Experience supporting UC communications solutions, including video, voice, meetings, and the supporting infrastructure
Experience with videoconferencing and SIP-based video communications
Experience with video codecs, VTC management systems, and the associated AV components
Experience working with an enterprise ticketing system
Knowledge of networking fundamentals in support of real-time media delivery
Ability to analyze technical data quickly and communicate with others to resolve issue
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Must be able to work East Coast hours.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Network Certification.
Experience supporting federal projects.
