What You Will Do:

  • Analyzes and develops VOIP networks, designing and planning installation and maintenance of VOIP systems from project inception to conclusion.

  • Optimize system operation and resource utilization. 

  • Perform systems capacity analysis and planning. 

  • Provide assistance to system users in accessing and using applications. 

  • Comply with prescribed customer, industry and agency standards. 

What You Will Need:

  • At Minimum Four (4) years of IT experience

  • Experience supporting UC communications solutions, including video, voice, meetings, and the supporting infrastructure

  • Experience with videoconferencing and SIP-based video communications

  • Experience with video codecs, VTC management systems, and the associated AV components

  • Experience working with an enterprise ticketing system

  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals in support of real-time media delivery

  • Ability to analyze technical data quickly and communicate with others to resolve issue

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

  • Must be able to work East Coast hours.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Network Certification.

  • Experience supporting federal projects. 

The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$129,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
