Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Cognitive PaaS Full Stack Engineer Summar

The Cognitive PaaS Full Stack Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end to end cloud native cognitive platforms and applications. This role spans front end, back end, and cloud infrastructure layers to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that integrate AI ML models, generative AI, and agentic workflows into modern application architectures.

The engineer builds and manages cloud native backend services, APIs, and microservices using technologies such as Node.js, Python, and Java, and integrates AI and ML models into production grade platforms. The role requires strong expertise in application architecture patterns including microservices, event driven systems, cloud based and cloud native architectures, as well as experience in application modernization and PaaS deployments.

This position collaborates closely with product, design, ML, DevOps, and security teams to deliver intelligent workflows, ensure platform observability, implement infrastructure as code, and maintain compliance with cloud security and data protection standards. The engineer also supports containerization, orchestration, CI CD pipelines, and continuous improvement of cloud platforms using emerging AI driven technologies.

The ideal candidate has strong multi cloud experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, hands on knowledge of AI driven microservices, platform engineering, DevOps practices, and modern security frameworks, along with relevant cloud and Kubernetes certifications.
