About the Role

Ontra is seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist reporting to our Manager, Customer Success Operations.

We’re looking for someone excited to optimize our Customer Success tech stack, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making to enhance customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Tech Stack Optimization: Manage and optimize the Customer Success tech stack, including Gainsight CS, Salesforce, Snowflake, Gong, and Zendesk, to enhance customer success operations.
  • Data Integrity Management: Maintain accurate customer records by identifying and rectifying data discrepancies to uphold data integrity.
  • System Configuration: Design and configure dashboards, reports, and Call-to-Action (CTA) elements, updating workflows and playbooks in line with evolving business needs.
  • Workflow Implementation: Develop and implement new workflows, ensuring seamless integration and operation within the existing tech environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success Operations and participate in cross-functional projects to ensure process alignment with business objectives.
  • System Updates & Features Rollout: Assist in deploying minor system changes and new feature rollouts to keep the systems current and efficient.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, including using the Gainsight Platform and Salesforce.
  • Gainsight Proficiency: Must possess experience specifically with Gainsight CS and familiarity with other Gainsight products, like Staircase, is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administration: Prior experience with Salesforce administration is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Preferred experience with tools such as Snowflake, Zendesk, Gong, and Gainsight API.
  • Certification: Gainsight trainings and certification are nice-to-have, with specifics such as certification type and date considered advantageous.

Pay Transparency

Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below.

Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission, variable compensation, profits interest units, or other equity-based compensation, which are not included in the below base pay range.
