[カスタム開発]
Java、Go、Node.js、Python、TypeScript、.Netといった開発言語によるカスタム開発・運用、アーキテクチャ設計、アプリケーション設計・開発標準書や手順書の作成・展開等の業務を担います。
[クラウド]
SalesForce, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, PegaといったCloudソリューション開発・運用、ETL Tool(MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP Hana Cloud Integration etc.)を使用したIntegration設計・開発、新システムへのデータ移行計画・実施等の業務を担います。
[アナリティクス]
大規模データ分析基盤構想および導入、AI導入のためのデータ調査や解析、要求事項やデータに即したAIのモデル選定・構築等の業務を担います。
[システムコンサルタント]
上流工程を担当し、DXにおけるPoCの企画、推進、システム化計画の作成を経てシステム開発へつなげていく業務を担います。

【必須条件】  

・プログラム言語問わず、設計、開発のご経験があること  

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力をお持ちであること

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験  

・英語を用いたグローバルプロジェクト経験  

・Java、.Net、JavaScript、Flutter、Vue、TypeScriptなどを利用したWEB・オープン系・モバイル系システムの開発経験  

・クラウドエンジニアリング（AWS、Azure、GCPなど）  

・Salesforce等のCRM開発経験  

・ Now(ServiceNow) の開発経験  

・OracleERP Cloud等の会計システムの導入・開発経験  

・Sitecore/Adobe等のCMS、Shopify、Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloudを利用したECサイト構築の開発経験  

・R/Python/Hadoop等を利用したアナリティクスシステム開発経験  

・アジャイル開発の経験、スクラムマスター//プロダクトオーナーの経験  

・テスト計画の立案・推進経験、品質評価・改善案の策定経験  

・システムの企画検討・予算化・各業務部門の課題抽出・検討の経験 

・ITコンサルタントとしてシステムロードマップ検討の経験 

・IT運用（ITSM、ITIL経験を活用）、ハードウェア・ソフトウェアの資産管理、セキュリティやネットワーク管理の経験 

・業務プロセスを見直し、新業務プロセスおよびワークフローの策定経験
