FSO - Field Support Organization

Job Description

• Manutenção Corretiva e Preventiva;
• Otimização de Sites (RF Report);
• Instalação e Substituição de partes e peças;
• Instalação e Configuração de rádios;
• Troubleshooting de infraestrutura;
• Relatório de fechamento de tickets;
• Suporte de campo e troubleshooting;
• Interface e suporte ao NOC para tratamento de chamados;
• Elaboração de relatórios de chamados.

Basic Requirements

• Base em Santa Maria/ RS

• Formação (Técnico)  Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Eletrônica - CFT é mandatório;

• 5 anos de experiência em suporte técnico e implementação de sistemas de RF - será um diferencial;

• 5 anos de experiência em APCO25, DMR e/ou DIMETRA - será um diferencial;

• Conhecimento  em redes IP, design de redes, e troubleshooting - desejável e CCNA ou COMPTIA será um diferencial;

• Proficiência em Pacote Office: (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e Google Tools: (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);

• Conhecimento em infraestrutura de Telecomunicações, RF, torres e cabeamento estruturado;

• Noções de  configuração de Sistemas Operacionais (Unix, Linux and Windows Server) - experiência é um diferencial;

• Experiência em trabalho em altura com NR35 - mandatório

• NR10 - mandatório;

• ITIL ou COBIT - desejável;

• Inglês: conversação e escrita intermediária - é um diferencial;

• Disponibilidade para viagem - 50% (Base de trabalho - Santa Maria/RS)

• Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência, Boa comunicação oral e escrita, teamwork, planejamento e organização;

• CNH válida  (Categoria B);

• Conhecimentos em Zabbix será um diferencial;

• Escala de trabalho 5x2.
