Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst to support 737 Customer Quality Support Team based out of Seattle and Renton WA.

737 Customer Quality is hiring a Staff Analyst to support the executive director of Customer Quality Support (CQS), In-service Investigations (ISI), and Airplane Readiness Log (ARL).  

This position leads director level operating rhythm and drives continuity for the organization’s operating rhythm. Supports customer meeting material development, prep, reviews/approvals, and communication. Leads monthly deliverables for Program and BCA Quality Leadership. Provides Customer engagement deliverable coordination. Leads projects/initiatives across multiple functions and business units. Provides administrative support for all director level requirements. Ensures facilities requirements are captured and met. Responsible for coordinating and partnering with leaders for organization wide employee related activities (all hands, engagement/recognition events/etc.).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of plans and objectives.
  • Leads the efforts to develop and deploy broad organizational plans and strategies.
  • Provides ownership of executive reviews and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develop advanced job practices, techniques and standards.
  • Consults and collaborates with executive leadership to develop meeting purpose and content.
  • Leads projects and initiatives that are across multiple functions and business units.
  • Develop, maintain and ensure execution of project schedule and budget.
  • Oversee business unit level facility requirements.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the design, development and deployment of site-wide employee-related activities and initiatives.
  • Lead training activities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 5+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 15+ or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data sets
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Summary pay range: $125,000-$135,000.
