Join Our Team as a Statements & Billing Representative!

We are seeking Statements & Billing Representatives to become valuable members of our customer service team. In this role, you will handle billing clarifications while delivering outstanding service to our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, process, and resolve billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear verbal and written communication.
  • Address challenging and high-pressure situations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and foster retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
  • Assist customers in understanding their statements, charges, and rates.

What We're Looking For

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1 level).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service environment, preferably within banking, finance, payments, or related industries.
  • Customer Retention Expertise: Experience in roles requiring basic math and calculation skills.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a talent for de-escalating tense situations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing internal and external relationships.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
    • Passion for achieving goals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); university or technical studies are a plus.

What We Offer

    • Base Salary: $18,250.00 MXN
    • Performance Bonus: $3,660.00 MXN
