What you will do:

This position is responsible for assisting Sales Analyst Supervisor in Asia Pacific Region on Sales and Margin information, providing comprehensive and accurate sales analysis for business planning and decision making.

How you will do it:

Reporting

  • Extraction and verification of sales, order intake and backlog data from multiple sources and consolidate to generate reports to APAC sales team.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales and margin analysis report into various segments, territory, customer and product line to sales and management team.
  • Consolidate and maintain centralized database and ensure correct mapping of sales data to region and sales personnel.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports/presentation slides for Sales and Finance teams.
  • Provide backup support on reporting for different business units.

Sales Support                                                       

  • Support APAC Business Unit sales team in weekly sales tracking, consolidate monthly forecast and assist in yearly budgeting.
  • Support Business Leaders in target incentive allocation, monthly sales incentive calculation, generation of incentive plan and payout letters and provide monthly payout details to respective country HR/Payroll Team.
  • Support Sales and Finance Team in warranty rebates monthly tracking and quarterly SFDC warranty rebates approval process.

What we look for:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Advance in MS Excel especially well-verse in generating Pivot Table and vlookup is a must
  • Knowledge in Power BI is preferred
  • Experience in analysing data and sensitive with data
  • Possess analytical mindset and pleasant personality
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration who is able work well with others
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin as this position will require to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
