R&D Engineer (Mechanical Design & Test)

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics

• Engineering statistics

• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design and solutions, implementation across hardware development lifecycle, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

• Experienced in industrial standards testing of consumer products.

• (Advantage) Develops Agentic AI for workflow and processes.

• (Advantage) Scripting/coding through common languages like Visual C++, Python or/and data science tools.

Skills

• Effective Communication to describe/instruct requirements, gain support and alignment, report and recommend to program and management

• Problem solving, root causing, fault isolation

• Develop hypotheses, design tests to prove/disprove hypotheses

• Objective and Results Driven

• Learning Agility

• Digital Fluency

• Customer Centricity

• Skills in engineering design tools and software packages to study Mechanical Engineering design and ideate solutions.
