What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate haul units to transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry.
- Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
- Follow production schedules and haul routes to support efficient quarry operations.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and productive operations.

- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and communicate equipment concerns.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced production setting.
- Dependable work habits with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing operational needs.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
