Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP HCM Payroll solutions that meet current and future business requirements.

  • Functional and Application Design: Deliver functional and application designs that align with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other SAP HCM modules.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze payroll requirements, ensuring solutions are effective and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Payroll Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.

  • Integration Management: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP modules (e.g., Time Management, Employee Central) and third-party systems.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure payroll solutions comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate payroll configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.

  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Payroll solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.

Here’s What You Will Need

  • Experience:

    • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, and support.

    • Proven experience in delivering SAP HCM Payroll solutions in complex, multi-country environments.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Master proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll schemas, rules, and wage type configuration.

    • Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM Payroll and other modules like Time Management and Employee Central.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Education:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Advanced knowledge of Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Intermediate experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM Payroll projects.

  • Expertise in Data Analysis and Reporting to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

  • Master proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Intermediate understanding of Change Management Principles to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
