Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Azure Solution Architect with expertise in enterprise-scale data architecture and integration in financial services. The candidate must have deep proficiency with Microsoft Azure data services, Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, Quest Erwin Data Modeler, and Temenos T24 core banking system data architecture.

This role will define, design, and oversee scalable and secure data solutions on Azure, with a strong focus on data access management using RBAC/ABAC principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmaps on Azure.
• Architect complex, end-to-end data solutions, particularly for core banking data.
• Provide expert guidance on Azure services, security, and best practices.
• Design solutions leveraging Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse, Databricks, SQL DB, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, etc.
• Mastery in Informatica IDMC: CDI, CDQ, Data Profiling, and advanced data integration pipelines.
• Architect large-scale data warehouses on Snowflake with optimization and advanced features.
• Apply advanced data modeling using Quest Erwin Data Modeler.
• Expertise in integrating and extracting data from Temenos T24 (Transact).
• Implement robust data access management strategies (RBAC & ABAC).
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams.
• Engage with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business language.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years in data architecture and solution design (financial services preferred).
• 7+ years in enterprise Azure data services.
• Expert-level proficiency with Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and Erwin Data Modeler.
• Strong experience with Temenos T24 data architecture.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, Lakehouse architectures, and advanced security.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Informatica IDMC and Snowflake advanced certifications.
• Temenos T24 certifications or equivalent project experience.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time data streaming.
