Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Management

  • Define and execute the partnerships and channel strategy across banks, payment networks, ISVs, and facilitators
  • Act as executive POC for priority partners and escalation owner
  • Segment and prioritize partners based on revenue, scalability, and strategic value

Revenue & Channel Performance

  • Convert and manage partner‑sourced new merchants.
  • Establish KPIs for partner pipelines, conversion, and time‑to‑revenue
  • Define clear ownership and handoff between Partner Channels, New Accounts, and Account Management teams

New Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new ISV, SaaS, e‑commerce, and embedded payments partners
  • Structure commercial models
  • Drive joint go‑to‑market with strategic partners

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead Partner Channel Managers and partner‑focused sales executives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Enablement, Product, and Ops to ensure fast, aligned execution
