This program centers around professional development by providing participants with an overview of Clark Capital Management Group and a high-level understanding of the firm’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture.
We offer a dynamic internship opportunity aimed at developing, mentoring, and coaching undergraduate students in Asset Management, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Technology. Interns will gain valuable insights into various functional areas of the firm and have the chance to interact directly with our team members, including senior leadership.
Coaching is vital to our development process. Students will receive guidance and constructive feedback through various learning opportunities. We foster an encouraging environment, crucial for your success. You'll have the chance to build relationships with potential mentors and industry experts who will support your life and career development.

Clark Capital’s summer internship program typically requires applicants to meet certain criteria to be eligible for consideration:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, typically pursuing a degree in finance, economics, math, statistics, or a related field.
The program is primarily open to undergraduate students in their junior and senior years.
Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in finance, investments, or related areas is beneficial. Strong analytical, quantitative, coding, and communication skills are highly valued.
