Summary
The Stations Training Specialist reports to the Stations Trainer and supports the training programs for airline station personnel. This role focuses primarily on aiding and enhancing the training process.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education:  High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience:  
• Minimum six (6) months of previous training experience.
• Minimum six (6) months of airline industry experience.

Valid/Unexpired Passport Book: No
Valid/Unexpired Driver's License: Yes

•Ability to attend and successfully complete CUA required and recurrent training and additional qualifications as needed.
•Ability to obtain and retain GSC certification.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
•May be required to travel to support training efforts throughout the system.
•Ability to read, write, and speak English in order to receive and understand instructions directives, and ensure safety, as well as the ability to interact with customers, is a requirement of the job.
•Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
•Ability to develop training materials and provide creative solutions for operational improvement.
•Ability to speak in front of groups and facilitate group discussions comfortably and effectively.
•Ability to work in a stressful environment.
•Committed to the importance of service the customer and have excellent customer service focus.
•Ability to work independently, without supervision, at times.
•Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines in an effective and timely manner.
•High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities.
•Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
•Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Requirements
•Three (3) years of airline industry experience.
•One (1) year of working with the Allegiant product.

Job Duties
•Assist in the design and development of training materials and programs.
•Support the implementation and delivery of training.
•Conduct evaluations and gather feedback from trainees.
•Monitor CBT compliance and assist with reminders to drive for on-time completion.
•Provide administrative support for the training effort.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
•Other duties as assigned.

Airport Agent - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, climb and use hands and fingers to operate various types of tools and equipment (i.e. hand trucks, carts, ramps, tugs, etc.). Are required to lift and/or carry up to 100 lbs. and to push and/or pull up to 300 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to heights, small spaces, extreme noise (i.e. airport with planes, vehicles, and other machinery), temperature, wind, and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to crawl in and out of small spaces for extended periods of time. Ability to wear personal protective gear. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
