This role is a central part of the HR Consent Order transformation team and its mission to bring about a fundamental reset of Citi’s Culture and Talent model to strengthen risk management and controls in order to ultimately achieve organizational excellence.  Reporting to the HR Head of Transformation Execution and Regulations Management, this role will lead a of a team of governance and reporting professionals the key transformation initiatives as they drive forward their work transforming HR and Decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

Manages the execution of key HR transformation governance and decision-making forums, including:

  • Facilitating effective oversight through engagement with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Providing timely, complete and accurate materials
  • Documenting and tracking key discussion and action items

Oversees the execution of HRs key regulatory reporting responsibilities, including:

  • Facilitating the creation and timely submission of key HR related regulatory reports and verifying completeness and accuracy of content
  • Managing the HR regulatory reporting inventory

Tracks, monitors and reports HR’s transformation related budget and headcount to the HR CAO

Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized
  • Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques; structure potential solutions; drive to resolution with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment and successful execution, understanding how to operate effectively across diverse businesses
  • Experience with and previous exposure to internal or external control functions and regulators (incl. the US)
  • Ability to challenge business management and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
