Manulife is hiring a Policy Servicing Manager. The incumbent will be responsible to provide exclusive and end to end support to elite advisors in dealing with various after-sales policy change processing and ensure after sales services can be completed effectively and efficiently.
Position Responsibilities:
Act as the designated contact and provide exclusive end to end support to elite advisors in dealing with various after-sales policy change processing, in particular to top tier producers.
Assist and provide advisory to elite agents on policy change application procedures and requirements, resolve issue/incomplete items arisen during the processing, obtain special approval for legitimate requests and accelerate processing and closure of all kinds of policy changes.
Handle escalation cases and provide client-centric solutions
Participate service improvement initiatives and other ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in a business-related field
5-7 years industry experience
Decisive, able to work independently and demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking environment
Maintain and build relationship with distribution and internal teams
Good communication and presentation skill
Fluent in Mandarin and English
High proficiency in reading and writing English and Chinese
Strong sense of ownership and attention to details
Customer-orientated service
Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
