Our HR team plays a key role in supporting the workforce, ensuring that employees can thrive within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Acciona is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR operations. This role will involve assisting in workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR governance. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring that HR policies and practices align with company goals, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to company regulations and legal requirements.
  • Support employee relations activities, including performance management, grievance handling, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and participate in workforce planning, identifying talent gaps, and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring data accuracy and supporting payroll processes.
  • Contribute to workplace culture initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Provide support in HR reporting, performance reviews, and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a large-scale project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
