Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving system compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: TSM Backup Administration, Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Strong understanding of performance monitoring and analytics within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in utilizing APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
