Key Responsibilities
Support the curation and structuring of Huron’s AI use case library by organizing and standardizing inputs from diverse source materials into a consistent, tool-ready dataset
Analyze and evaluate use cases by applying tagging, categorization, and quality assessment frameworks to ensure relevance and usability
Partner with the AI Solutions product team to align the use case dataset with product requirements and support ongoing development efforts
Synthesize client delivery insights, field inputs, and industry trends to generate actionable observations that contribute to product discovery and roadmap discussions
Develop and maintain product artifacts, including requirements documentation, use case repositories, and internal knowledge resources
Collaborate with practice teams and industry stakeholders to validate use case accuracy and refine applicability across contexts
Prepare internal-facing materials that communicate progress, key insights, and solution positioning to non-technical audiences
Track progress of the use case library build and proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, liberal arts, data management, or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product operations, or a related role involving structured data work and stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated ability to work with large, unstructured datasets (particularly spreadsheets) and impose consistent logic, taxonomy, or structure on ambiguous inputs
Strong attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate, well-organized outputs under minimal supervision
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to document decisions, flag issues, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Genuine interest in AI, enterprise technology, or digital transformation -- no technical background required, but intellectual curiosity about AI applications is essential
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with product management concepts including backlog management, user stories, or roadmap inputs
Prior experience working within a consulting firm or client-facing professional services environment
Exposure to AI, machine learning, or generative AI in a business context -- even informally or through coursework

The estimated base salary for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $93,500 - $104,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
