- Full channel experience capabilities (B2B and B2C), covers, Tmall, JD, Tiktok, VIP, PDD, Redbook, offline and etc.
- Rich experience in Ecommerce channel, including direct conversion social medial channel.
- Independently managed brands of its full supply chain and operation in sales channels of online and offline
- Clear understanding and fully able to run the full P&L of channel investments
- Experience in managing distributors and sales related service vendors, strong ability in leading the distributor or service vendors performance review
- Have a full view how to manage sales performance KPIs, able to diagnose and drive actions for
brand sales performance from different perspectives
- Experience in managing Sales team performance incentives

- Responsible for consumer Eye Care sales channel, and its related distributors, service vendors, data reporting and budget spending
- Responsible for Consumer eye care ‘s customer/channel strategy, customer metrics, development and execution
- Responsible for leading annual customer JBPs, ensure Zeiss goal is fully discussed, deployed, delivered at customer sides.
- Responsible monthly,quarterly or annual sales performance meeting with internal and external customers
- Responsible for rolling monthly plan for forecasting, collaborating with sales operation and supply chain team to ensure demand on time to avoid out of stock at customer side
- Responsible for customer/channel facing contact window, ensure customer voices are delivered to internal, and drive change management to meet customer requirements
- Responsible for customer and channel execution of all marketing activations, ensure touchpoints execution is inline as planned.
- Responsible for budget plan and control for all sales related activities, realize business financial goals.
- Responsible for platform/channels/Customers communication to enable consumer Eye Care DOT or CRM program executions.
- Responsible for platform/channel/Customers communication to for ZEISS annual external events
- Responsible for driving healthy brand growth in sales channels, build Zeiss consumer eye care presences in all channel where we enter
- Support Consumer eye Care head for strategic meetings, budget planning, and other related management reporting for achieving getting stronger support from stakeholders
