Your Role at Delta Faucet

The Channel Manager supports the execution of customer and category initiatives for Showering, Bath Hardware, and Faucets at Home Depot. This role partners closely with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager and Sales team to assist in delivering customer plans, category execution, merchandising, and customer-specific marketing programs.

The position carries direct responsibility for assigned Showering and Bath Hardware categories while assisting the Senior Channel Marketing Manager with Faucet category execution, providing broader exposure to channel strategy and category management.

Responsibilities

  • Category & Customer Execution
    • Support the Senior Channel Marketing Manager in executing customer and category plans across Showering, Bath Hardware, and Faucets.
    • Own day-to-day management and execution of assigned Showering and Bath Hardware categories.
    • Assist with Faucet category initiatives, including plan execution, sell‑in support, promotions, and merchandising coordination.
    • Help track progress of category initiatives against customer timelines, priorities, and execution milestones.
  • Merchandising & Go‑to‑Market Support
    • Support omnichannel merchandising execution, including in-store resets, displays, and online content updates, in partnership with Sales, Ecommerce, and Creative teams.
    • Work closely with the Home Depot Visual Merchant team to support category merchandising execution, including pod labels, signage, and off‑shelf merchandising solutions.
    • Coordinate execution of temporary and permanent merchandising elements to ensure alignment to category strategies and customer requirements.
    • Assist in preparation of sell‑in tools, product information, and customer-ready materials
  • Display & Selling Budget Management
    • Support planning, tracking, and management of display and selling budgets for assigned categories.
    • Ensure display and merchandising investments align to approved plans and are executed accurately.
    • Partner with internal teams and Home Depot counterparts to coordinate budget usage, timelines, and execution details.
    • Maintain documentation and reporting to support visibility into spend and program execution.
  • Marketing & Retail Media Support
    • Assist in the development and execution of customer‑specific marketing programs for assigned categories.
    • Partner with ecommerce and retail media teams to support activation plans aligned to category priorities.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to execute marketing assets and merchandising solutions.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Monitor category performance, promotional execution, and merchandising effectiveness using internal reporting and customer data.
    • Compile insights, visuals, and summaries to support Senior Channel leadership in customer reviews, line reviews, and business updates.
    • Support data accuracy and consistency across customer-facing materials and internal reporting.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Creative, and Visual Merchandising teams to support aligned execution of category initiatives.
    • Assist with coordination of timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying execution gaps, merchandising opportunities, and process efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, category management, sales support, or retail marketing.
  • Experience supporting Home Depot or another large home improvement retailer strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of omnichannel retail, merchandising fundamentals, and in‑store marketing execution.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across functions and organizational levels.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and execution focus.

Hiring Range: $76,400.00 - $120,010.00 USD

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
