Where You’ll Work – Lubrication Equipment Division (LED)

The LED designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of automated lubrication, fluid management, fluid transfer and other solutions for automotive and fleet services, manufacturing facilities, construction and energy and heavy equipment manufacturers.

The Graco Marketing Intern will participate in the development, coordination, and promotion of marketing content, promotional activities and product launches to drive awareness of Graco products and help achieve divisional goals. As a member of the marketing team, the Marketing Intern will get the opportunity to find creative solutions that help promote our lubrication equipment in automotive and industrial applications in North America. Develop real-world experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while working on a wide range of projects.

What will you do at Graco?

  • Assist with developing targeted advertising campaigns and monitoring performance

  • Assist with developing marketing and sales collateral, writing and editing content  

  • Assist with executing new product launch initiatives

  • Work with internal and external subject matter experts to create engaging content that supports marketing goals

  • Create and develop digital assets such as graphics and video for integrated marketing communications

  • Update existing content to ensure relevancy to target audiences

  • Other duties as assigned.


What will you bring to Graco?

  • Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited university

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Proficient Microsoft Office usage skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects

  • A minimum GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale desired

  • Knowledge and familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
