Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes. 

Work directly with business users, other IT team members and external contractors on identifying, escalating, mitigating and resolving application issues to achieve high customer satisfaction. 

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks (such as RESTful API). 

Manage the life cycle of problems from problem identification, through root cause analysis, to resolution of problems resulting from incidents in the production. 

Provide second level supports for production application issues. 

Work with IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, key business users and external contractors on deploying solutions to address business needs and opportunities.

Perform operational duties including application access control and maintenance.  

Create and maintain effective documentation for IT projects, operational procedures, incident tickets and reports.
