As the Racial Equity at Work (REW) Sr. Director, Employer Offering (“Product Manager”), your role is to lead in the development of the offering strategy and roadmap.  The Sr. Director, Employer Offering delivers a plan to enable MLT’s partners to pursue REW Certification and achieve meaningful Black/Hispanic equity goals across the five MLT Black Equity Pillars - representation, compensation, antiracist/inclusive work environment, racially just business practices, and racial justice investments and contributions. 

The Sr. Director, Employer Offering is part of the Employer Offering Leadership team, helping to integrate pricing, marketing and delivery decisions across all of our Employer Offerings.
