Your role and responsibilities
For our Low Voltage Switchgear business unit, we are looking for a communicative and well-organized candidate to join us as an Operational Buyer.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the operational procurement of materials and services for low-voltage switchgear production. You will work closely with production teams, planners, and suppliers, playing a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.

The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the ELSP unit in Blučina, Czech Republic.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Managing operational purchasing of materials and services, including purchase order administration
Communicating with suppliers and handling RFQs, tenders, and supplier selection processes
Ensuring timely delivery of materials for production
Collaborating with production, planning, logistics, and other internal departments
Contributing to inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives
Coordinating logistics activities related to material deliveries
Qualifications for the role
Secondary school or university degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
Communicative level of English and fluent Czech language skills
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
Previous experience in purchasing or logistics is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
