  • Analyze, design and build offers to support marketing initiatives, new product and service launches for our Small Business Customers.
  • Ensures the accuracy of offer details, codes and prices to be sold on our Sales platforms across all divisions.
  • Works closely with Marketing and Technology teams on configuration to support and implement new functionality.
  • Supports major ISS projects; conversions, new products, retail and promotional offers, rate changes, marketing initiatives.
  • Experience handling multiple projects daily and working with others at a variety of levels.
  • Thorough understanding of how Comcast’s product and services are sold.
  • Understands the impact of changes to the environment and the business.
  • Ability to work independently, and be able to document, communicate and share project details with others.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a complex, changing environment.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Prior Comcast experience required.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation, as necessary.
  • Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
  • Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
  • Identifies and assesses probable interactions of related computer systems and predicts impact of a change in assigned system.
  • May review proposals, including gathering facts, analyzing data and preparing project overview which compares alternatives in terms of cost, time, availability of equipment and personnel etc. Recommends course of action.
  • Functions as a liaison between the client, community and internal IT and/or external software vendors to develop system solutions to processing systems or business problems.
  • Ensures data quality and integrity across data-specific application implementations.
  • Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $59,789.18 USD-$140,130.90 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
