Job Descriptions:

• Work collaboratively to ensure all functions operate smoothly and the F&B, Culinary and AV team are updated on each function happening at our venues

• Conduct site inspections for potential clients

• Preparing function and wedding documentation

• Management of the selling and planning process of guest and wedding events from start to finish

• Communication of event details to all relevant departments

• Respond to sales enquiries via email, phone and other platforms along with follow up

• Provide a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation within the department and other departments

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in hotel / event company is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or above

• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Full conversant with MS Office applications

• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
