Tell me about this role:

We’re seeking multiple Data Entry Officers and a Data Entry Lead for upcoming Defence Logistics ERP activities. You will provide critical support and coordination related to Naval sustainment activities.

The successful candidates will require demonstrated experience in a high-pressure environment, preferably Defence, with a willingness to be adaptable.

What will I be doing day to day?

• Provide data accuracy and investigation of ERP options for extant contract parts upload
• Create standard operating procedures for future upload demands
• Manage warehouse and logistical functions into ERP
• Manage codification and catalogues
• Coordinate closely with wider Data Entry team, Category Managers and Supply Chain Category Analysts

What sort of skills do I need?  

• Experience within Defence environment preferably Logistics or Supply Chain
• Experience with ERP
• Experience with Codification and Cataloguing
• Strong communication skills
• Process orientated with good attention to detail 
• Australian citizenship, NV1 clearance, ITAR compliance required.
